Welcome to Inviting All. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Nature of Products
All products sold at Inviting All are digital files (primarily in PDF format). We do not ship any physical products by mail. Delivery is made via digital download or email upon payment confirmation.
2. Personal Use and Copyright
Our designs are protected by intellectual property laws. When purchasing a design:
- You are granted a license for personal use only.
- Reselling, redistributing, copying, or using the designs for commercial purposes is not allowed.
- Design elements, typography, and compositions remain the exclusive property of Inviting All.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the final file has been generated or sent. However, if you have any technical issues with your file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
4. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for providing the correct information (names, dates, addresses) for invitation personalization. Inviting All is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect data provided by the client once the final file has been approved or generated.
5. Printing and Colors
Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your monitor and the final printed result on paper. This is due to differences in screen calibration and printer types. We recommend doing a test print before printing the full batch.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify our prices, suspend the service, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will be those applicable to that transaction.
